We use an epygi2x box withnetbeam 1.5.13.

When we put a call on hold for about 60s it's impossible to get back the caller. The connection from the epygi[/B] stays on hold (the caller hears music).

On eyebeam it's impossible to hook the line.

Is this a configuration issue of epygi?

It doesn't look like configuration issue on Quadro. More is like a config issue on eyebeam. We (or you :) need to look on SIP messages logs to find out who is the guilty.
