Hello,

I need to configure an attenant, that plays out of office message on non-working hours. When working hours, the phone should be normally accessible. Working hours:

Mon: 15-17h
Tue: 10-12.30 h
Wed: 10-12. 30h
Thu: 15-17h
Fri: 10-12.30 h

I have a problem when trying to make an xml for such diferent hours. Can somebody provide me with some suggestions?

My Suggestion is to use the time date and day capabilities of the call routing scenarios - then you can change it at your leisure.

I tried but I couldn't make my scenario. can you provide some more detailed description of the time and date capabilities that I could use ?

Create as many call routing rules as many time ranges you have. In each call routing rule enable the "Set Date/Time Period(s)" in wizard. Configure the "date/time rules" for each routing rule, which indicate the activity periods of the routing rules. Each routing rule should send the call to specific auto attendant destined for that period.
