View Full Version : Number unavailable message only from PSTN to to Dial 0 option message on voicemail

Howdy

I can not connect to a external number in the folowing sequence of events.

Caller dials into system on PSTN
Call unanswered goes to voicemail.
Caller dials 0 option in voicemail.
Caller gets "number unavailble message from epygi system.

Dial 0 option is set to Auto with the access code of 9 [sip] and a mobile phone number.
The call is successfull though internally from a pbx extn.
Seems like a trunk/trunk external barring , but i cant seem any reference to this facility.

Any one know the answer to this scinario.

9 [sip] mobile number

try this in call routing .. instead of 9 [sip] mobile number

create a rule like this under the entry ...

888 ( if it is available ) enter that in your dial "0" out of the voicemail

go to call routing and have an entry 888 nds 3 - prefix = mobile number and then send the caller out via your preferred carriage...
