Great!

I installed this SW on my WinXP machine and it works fine. I am using it regularly for making calls. Just a strange issue with this SW. It was installed and becomes configurable on one WinXP machine only. On the other WinXP or Win2000 machines with the same or similiar settings it doesn't work. Either installation couldn't be complete, or after installation couldn't open the configuration window

Thanks
Ashot

Does your company have any plans to do a robust CTI connector that queries the Salesforce.com application. This would be most useful as many customers in call centers use Salesforce.com. Cisco has a very complete connector for salesforce.com and I have a large customer asking for it. Does anyone else know of a connector for Salesforce.com or have a prototype that I could start with?
Thanks.

Hi Ashot,
for other WinXP or Win2000 machines, please
use batch file "installOcx.bat" (register ocx) and replace

mscomctl.ocx
mscomct2.ocx

in %SYSTEMROOT%\System32 with version
you find in quadrocall folder.
