Hi,

we received this request from a customer.
He would monitor free/busy channels (he would like to know if it's possible place ISDN calls) on available isdn ports on Quadro.
There's some features on Quadros that make this possible?
Via 3pcc app?

Regards, Lunacom.

No, there is no such feature. If you really need that, you will have to contact Epygi tech support or, better, sales and request that feature... If you can prove that this feature is useful, and can heelp you to sell more units, we can do that - I don't see big technical challenge in the implementation of this.

Best regards,
David

Thanks David,

this feature is useful in SOHO, where there's one ISDN: knowing there's a free line it's very useful, some customers come from traditional PBX where the external line status is presented on handsets.
We are developing a 3pcc app; and if possible we were interested to implement ISDN channels status, as well as BLF, directory and calls.
We will contact Epygi sales.

You can use the telephone and internet at once. It allows caller ID. This free application indicates who called and when on your computer. As soon as the telephone rings, the Freeware launches with details of the caller.
