Hi i have a php web page to make clic to call.

Everything work fine with the Transfert method :

$net->Transfer($attendant, $from, $to);

But if i close the php window, the call is dropped. If i don't close the php window, duration of the call equal php max execution time.

Can you help me ?

amorales, first of all this is a completely new topic and thus I moved that to a separate thread.

What refers to the rest: yes, when you create a call using a 3PCC, your program needs to handle that call from the beginning to the end. So if you close the window, the connection of 3PCC application to teh Quadro is terminated, and thus Quadro closes the call (as the 3PCCC application is not available anymore to handle the call).

If you want the call to be active when you close te window, you need to run the 3PCC application out of context of that window... maybe you should run it in a separate process...

Thanks for your reply !

I understand the trouble.
Are you aware of any reliable PHP implementation of 3PCC for epygi (preferably open source) ?
We're afraid of reinventing the wheel :)
Are there any ways to have the quadro handle the connection instead of the application thread ? Basically we just want to trigger a call, not to have a third party software between every conversation.

Thanks for your interest !

Try that....it might work for you...

I am not aware of any existing (and working!) PHP-based implementations for 3PCC, except of the Epygi samples from the Call Control Pack...

But I have another suggestion for you - if you just need to trigger a call, maybe you can use the new feature of 5.1 - the click to dial. You can just call a Quadro webpage from your script (see the short description from Hrant: http://support.epygi.com/forum/showpost.php?p=7239&postcount=6).

Best regards,
