I have the Call Attendant putting a second incoming call on hold until the first line is dropped however the Call Attendant drops the second incoming call after a short period, please can you let me know where I change this timeout setting so the call can be on hold continuously until answered.

There is no timeout for calls on hold in the Quadro. Those calls are kept until they are get off hold or the caller is tored of waiting and hangs up himself.

How do you know that the call on hold was not terminated by the caller, who just didn't want to wait?
