CDR on Wan only

Hi

I tested 3PCC with call control test and Subcdr's

But the CDR are available only when connected by Wan interface
The sample program received no data when computer is on Lan Side

Is that normal operating ?

Do you mean that CallControlTest worked normally from LAN side, while SubCDRs didn't?

yes, I receive cdr's only on Wan not on Lan

Thats strange. There is no distinction between LAN and WAN neither in the Call Control applications nor in the 3pcc engine on the Quadro. I checked the SubCDR from LAN and it works normally.
Do you see the CDRs when you use "CDR subscription" on the "CallControl Test" application from the LAN? Does it connect to te LAN address? There is a chance that you just enter the wrong LAN address..
