I'm trying to use the call relay feature on a Quadro 2X but was unable to get it to work properly.
I've created an Attendant extension and register it with my ITSP (who provided me wih a DID number). When dialing the Attendant's DID from an IP phone, I was able to access the Call Relay service on the Quadro and made both internal and external calls (successfully). When I try this with a cell phone (or a pstn phone), the phone would ring normally, but I get cut off immediately as soon as the other party picked up their phone.
Any suggestion on how to work aroud this problem would be appreciated.

This will probably require to review logs to troubleshoot. If you have access to SUPPORT post a TSS request. If not have your dealer do it for you.

It may have to do with your ITSP and restrictions on the redirection of the call. Where is the IP phone? On the LAN as an extension orregistered withthe ITSP?
