You can set a rule in the call routing table/supplementary table so that when ever an unknown call comes in it will be presented to a specific voice mail box or you could have an announcement that sends them into a loop or queue that will keep them entertained for hours ....

Press x to keep holding and then play them several hours of music...:D

Hi Kevin,

You can direct the incoming calls to some virtual extension, then use the "Caller ID based services" of that extension to redirect the calls either to voice mailbox or to other destination, depending on the Caller ID.

You will need to add an Call entry like "?*" (this will mean 'any caller id, which has at least one symbol). The UCF under this caller ID should point to the usual place wher yuou want your calls to come. And the UCF under the "Other Callers" should point to the place where you want your "Unknown Numbers" callers to be sent.

Best regards,
David
