Sending AA(Extension 50) to extension 13

Hi

I have all the calls recived on the epygi routting to extensions 13 in the MSN service(ISDN).
I need to change this because the costumers need to have working hours in the epygi, so all the call recive from monday to friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm and from 14:30 - 19:30 must go extension 13, outside this time and saturday and sunday the call must go extension 50.
Does any one have a solution for this??? If yes, can someone describe it in details???

If you search in the forum, you will find several solutions to this. One is to route all calls to AA with custom scenario, which will have time/date based scenario and will reroute the call to the correct destination based on the time.
Another solution (probablt preferred) is to route the call to the routing table (to some pattern like xxxxx, and have several date/time based rules for the same pattern, each of which will be responsible for specific time.
For example you can route incoming ISDN calls to number "11111111", then add two routing rules in the CR table with the same "11111111" pattern: one rule will specify the time "from monday to friday from 8:30am - 12:30pm and from 14:30 - 19:30" and will route the calls to ext 13; second rule will have dete/time settings for the rest of the time, and will route the calls to ext 50.
Please ask if you have problems configuring the date/time rules on Quadro (if you want to have just 2 rules, you will need to configure custom time intervals).
